In the Research and Development Committee of The Operating Room Global (TORG), the following voluntary designations and roles exist:

Chairperson:

Provide leadership and direction to the committee.
Oversee the strategic planning of research and development initiatives.
Foster collaboration among committee members and other stakeholders.

Vice Chairperson:

Assist the chairperson in their duties and step in when needed.
Foster a culture of innovation within the committee and the organization.
Encourage idea generation, provide support for innovative projects, and evaluate innovative practices and tools.
Research Project Manager:

Define research priorities and objectives in alignment with organizational goals.
Identify emerging technologies and trends relevant to the company’s interests.
Coordinate and manage research projects, ensuring timely delivery and resource allocation.

Data Analysts:

Utilize data analysis and machine learning to inform R&D decisions.
Extract insights from data to support research initiatives.
Develop predictive models and algorithms to drive innovation.

Quality Assurance Lead:

Implement quality standards and best practices for R&D projects.
Conduct audits and reviews to ensure the integrity of research and development processes.
Address quality issues promptly and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Secretary:

Manage administrative tasks and logistics for committee meetings and events.
Maintain records, take meeting minutes, and assist with documentation.
Handle communication and scheduling to ensure the efficient functioning of the committee.

Administrative Officer:

Support administrative functions related to the committee’s operations.
Assist with event planning, documentation, and logistics.
Coordinate with other support staff to ensure smooth committee functioning.
