All registrations will be Online and are regarded complete only having made the full payment prior to the Conference.

Accommodation Plan

  • Accommodation would be provided for speakers only.
  • Panelists and other presenters are excluded.
  • Accommodation is not included with standard registrations.
  • If accommodation is required, you would be making an additional payment and specify accommodation as reason.
  • Option A: Oakland Hotels, Ikeja (Two Persons Shared Rooms(3 sub options), costs 32,000 naira, 36,000 naira, 40,000 (all 4 Days) per person.
  • Option B: Ostra Hotels (Event Venue – Two Persons Shared Room, costs 50,000 naira (4 Days) per person.
  • Depending on your choice, send your proof of payment for accommodation separately to info@operatingroomissues.org with your full name and contact details and we will make the booking on your behalf. You could also partner with another participant for accommodation to reduce costs.

NB: Accommodation would be provided for speakers for 4 days. Panelists and other presenters are excluded. Accommodation is not included with standard registrations, if accommodation is required, you would be making an additional payment and specify accommodation as reason. Option A: Oakland Hotels, Ikeja (Two Persons Shared Rooms (3 sub options) costs 32,000 naira, 36,000 naira, 40,000 (all 4 Days) per person. We will make transportation available for everyone lodging at this hotel to and from the event venue. Option B: Ostra Hotels (Event Venue – Two Persons Shared Room, costs 50,000 naira per person ( covers 4 Days) If not sharing, cost is 100k in naira (25k per night) for 4 days. Depending on your choice, send your proof of payment for accommodation to info@operatingroomissues.org with your full name and contact details and we will make the booking on your behalf.
