TORG One-Year Research Fellowship (Mentorship Track): The Operating Room Global (TORG) offers members an exclusive opportunity to participate in the One-Year Research Fellowship (Mentorship Track), a structured program designed to enhance research capacity, academic writing, and evidence-based surgical practice. Under the guidance of experienced global mentors, fellows will complete a research, audit, or quality improvement project, present their findings at a TORG Virtual Global Webinar Session, submit an abstract to a TORG or TORG Partner International Conference (either in-person or online), and publish their final manuscript with The Operating Room Global Journal (TORGJ). Publication with The Operating Room Global Journal (TORGJ): The Operating Room Global Journal (TORGJ) is an open-access, peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary international journal committed to advancing evidence-based knowledge in all domains related to the perioperative environment. An official publication of The Operating Room Global Centre for Education, Research & Innovation, TORGJ provides a platform for researchers, clinicians, educators, and policy advocates to disseminate high-quality research that informs practice, shapes policy, and improves global health outcomes. Published quarterly under a CC-BY 4.0 license, the journal covers surgery, anesthesiology, perioperative care, nursing, allied health, innovation, policy, perfusion, infection control, education, and management sciences. All active registered TORG members with valid membership IDs are eligible for unlimited APC-free publications in TORGJ during their active membership period.
